New  3 bed Mews in Cranmer Lane (Gran Canal Dock) is almost ready for completion.

Refurbishment of existing dwelling at North Strand, Dublin 3.

Our "pink house" for Julie, a tailor and gardener living in Dublin 3, it's almost finished. The works have involved: demolition of two existing chimneys, new pitched roof including location of rooflights to studio and staircase area, open up of windows at front and back of the house, new kitchen layout and new location of ground floor bathroom.
