Sandyford
Small, but very successful extension on limited budget to a semi-detached house in Sandyford, Co. Dublin, with a limited but well-proportioned rear garden space.
The small internal kitchen and dining room were opened up and extended by 1.2m in order to create a large living area.
We incorporated new kitchen, dining and sitting areas,all with direct access and connection to the entrance hallway, main sitting room, utility, and rear garden which was previously difficult to access.
