Updating from Bayview Drive, Killiney

We are working on site a new house Killiney. The nicer feature in this project is the big open space to the garden at ground floor with a curve canopy finished on Zinc. The site is looking tidy and clean,  working with Dalvac Systems have been a pleasure so far.  We are finishing the electrical works and now hoping to pour the concrete this week so we could move to floors and into the next step: install the kitchen and the utility...looking forward to it! The internal space of living room and cooking/dining area is really spacious, illuminated with a big roof light 1x2m and these big floor to ceiling windows provided by Rationel.

New refurbishment in Churchtown

We are really glad to get to work with this lovely couple for our new project in Churchtown which will be ready to tender within the next two weeks. This morning meeting has been really successful, we went with them through all the aspect of the final layout for a refurbishment of the Ground Floor including a new look for their front door and back elevation. Neil and Cathy also brought a good few good ideas about floor finishes that we would love to incorporate into the design. As a result of a good teamwork between architects and clients, their house will turn into a more contemporary looking design and the quality of their living space will be improved substantially within their budget. It's a pleasure to work like that!

Visit on Site: Beaumont Avenue.

The site on Beaumont Ave. Churchtown is well advanced, so we needed to start thinking about the different layouts for kitchen, bathroom and utility in both houses. We think that there is no better way to make a good decision than visit the site one more time, right after we had spent a few hours drawing at the office.

We took a few pictures this morning to show you the actual state of the construction.
