BER cert for our house in Clontarf

The Building Energy Rating (BER) is an indication of the energy performance of this dwelling. It covers

energy use for space heating, water heating, ventilation and lighting, calculated on the basis of standard occupancy. It is expressed as primary energy use per unit floor area per year (kWh/m2/yr).

‘A’ rated properties are the most energy efficient and will tend to have the lowest energy bills.

Irish Landscape Institute / Awards 2018

We feel honoured to have been awarded “Landscape Planning, Reports and Publications” Winner 2018 by the ILI (Irish Landscape Institute).

A project which involved reviewing current ideas and make proposals for the development of an Amenity Park at a site offered by Arigna Community Development Company as a donation to the community.

Hollywood drive (Dublin 14)

Here are some images from a 3d model for our new project in Dublin 14. The challenge in this project was to consolidate the main house and subsequent additions, which looked quite chaotic, into one harmonious unit.

We have met our clients early this week and they are delighted. At the moment we are working on a few adjustments so we can get it ready for planning very soon. 

 

 

New planning application launched in Killiney

Construction of single story extension to rear,  side and front of house with connected  canopy over front door , associated internal alterations, drainage and external works all at  Bayview Lawns, Killiney, Co. Dublin.

New House at Bayview Drive, Killiney (Co. Dublin )

Works approaching  completed for this new semi-detached two-storey dwelling at Killiney. The proposed form of construction was taken as masonry cavity wall. The floor comprises a ground supported concrete floor slab with a cut timber roof structure.

Kitchen extension and landscaping at Sion Hill Avenue

Before and after pictures of this Ground Floor extension at Sion Hill Avenue (Harolds Cross).

Reusing the bricks from the existing extension to match existing was an essential move for the final look in this project.

Extension at Delbrook Park (Ballinteer)

Just a few weeks to completion in this extension and refurbishment to a semi-detached domestic dwelling at Delbrook Park, Balinteer, Dublin 16. Currently finishing external works, including a built-in bench beneath the canopy and a timber clad home office with secret door and  corner window from Rationel.
